ColdFusion MX7 Programming

I have several ongoing projects for a company experienced in CF development. Reliability and ease of access/communication is just as important to me as skill/experience. I am a CF programmer myself and the code must be well commented for my possible modification at a later date. First up I would like some code added to a website that will grab a page from the site (an auto-generated newsletter) and send it to a list of emails every Sunday night. This list of emails exists in a current DB on the website. I can provide the unscubcribe link needed. I also have a much larger project I would like to discuss that involves a membership site so any experience there would be good also. Update July 5, Sorry but this project has changed. I have done the preliminary work such as writing the code to generate the static HTML page and then sending that HTML to a list of subscribers. What I still need however is; 1. cfschedule (I may be able to handle this) 2. some way to stall the loop that loops through 6000+ email addresses. Say send 100... wait 15-30 seconds and send next 100 etc. etc. 3. someway to secure the unsubscribe process so the the unsubscribe link would not only contain the userID but also a "hashed" value created from the email address itself so that a user could not unsubscribe others. Or some way to prevent this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Server
