College Level Writing Assignments(repost)

I need two of my assignments to be completed by Saturday. One of them is a paper which should be around 3-4 pages in APA Format. Knowledge of the APA format of papers is a must for all the bidders. However, I have attached an APA Sample document with the assigment details. The second assignment is a memorandum (does not need APA format). So, I would be hoping to get bids from writers who know how to write good papers and memorandums for a college Masters level course. Also care should be taken not to copy material from websites. Whenever some material is copied, it should be referenced properly and every paper requires atleast 4 references on the reference page and in-text citation.
