Add Products & Edit Oscommerce Site

i need somene to.... copy my oscommerce template from [login to view URL] and install it on the new ftp account which i'll give you login details for.(only need template and modules) add 80 products from [login to view URL] , and each product has a descriiption which i will supply Product title for each product must be done like.. "New Headphone Pro Blue/White 023" (category name color/color & 3 random numbers) images will be saved like "[login to view URL]" "[login to view URL]" and so on..... I need this done clean with no errors and after all products are added with descriptions to osc store i need the bg of the site to be edited to the same bg on [login to view URL] with the logos and everything on this new template that is blue color icon or banner to be changed to red (i can photoshop and provide items in red from blue, you just need to replace) $55 to anyone that can do this within 3 days + i'll be sending over $15 to [login to view URL] and hosting with hostgator so i'll send $70 total Serious Bidders only!
