**Can you copy and paste?** Good! Our new lead generation campaign is adding all of the leads to a single webpage, but one has to click on individual links in order to get the data for each lead. This is quickly becoming a problem, and we need to concentrate on the immediate business at hand before we can program a longer-term solution.
That's where you come in: There are approximately 63 leads which have to be extracted now (not Tuesday; now), and then we will need your services at *least* three times a day (i.e., every eight hours or better) until you have completed a total of 100 leads. Assuming that each party is satisfied with the other, we will likely repeat the assignment once or twice a week with a new private RentACoder project.
I am anticipating that this be done manually, i.e., by a person. I am not against the use of software, but be forewarned of three things: 1. This website is *incredibly* sensitive to auto-scraping. We've tried (and succeeded) before, but it takes an incredibly long time to get everything "just right", even with a talented programmer, and we just plain don't have the time to debug such a process now. 2. Every single access must be preceded by a ten second delay, no exceptions!! We cannot afford to even remotely stress the server! 3. The site uses some AJAX techniques to update the page "in place", rather than using pop-ups or other separate pages.
## Deliverables
We will give you a website, username and password. Change List to "bbpcs-tv" if necessary; typically it will already default to this. Click on Leads, then Search. Initially, the View will be All Leads. Once you've caught up with the backlog, you can use View Leads added in the past 48 hours. Order by Date Added, Ascending. (That's important!)
Initially, skip the first five (test) leads; the first "real" lead is Harrington. Each lead requires that you click on the email address. Copy the values of the following 19 fields from the webpage to a column in a spreadsheet; use these *exact* column names in row 1:
name
email
adtrack
(Ad Tracking)
(Currently empty)
lastmsg
(Last Message Delivered)
"U" for "Unverified" or number, typically "1"
added
(Date Added)
Show date (MM/DD/YY) and time (HH:MM) (US Eastern)
If "today" or "yesterday", show the actual date (US Eastern)!
IP
(Add IP)
phone
gift
prodnum
prodname
curprice
(Currently empty)
refstr
ccpusr
(Currently empty)
country
state
(Region)
city
zip
(Postal)

The spreadsheet should naturally grow in order by date added, ascending. Once you've captured all current leads, every eight hours (or better), you'll add rows to the bottom of the spreadsheet, continuing where you previously left off. *Never* change previous rows, unless requested or discussed, since we'll be updating a corresponding sheet on our side.
* * *I'm pretty flexible and easy to work with. I tried to make sure that this job is as completely specified as humanly possible.
If you have **any** questions, *please* ask them! I have found that it is far better to risk a bit of embarrassment than to spend time working on an assumption which later proves to be wrong. Do not worry that a question may seem silly; just *let me know* and I will be very happy to answer you!
We've been a Buyer here since July '05, with a rating of 9.9 ("Excellent") out of 10, with over 75 ratings, and we've now paid on over 95 jobs. We've completed both security verifications, we have a non-action ratio under 5% ("very good"), and we've lost 0 out of 10 mediations / arbitrations.
