Account-registrator for MSN Passport

Greetings. I need a PHP-script which is able to register Microsoft Passport-accounts. In detail it should work approximately like this: * A request of [url removed, login to view][AT]b.com&password=123 is made. (Note that I couldn't use the at-sign, because of RentACoder's rules) It returns the "code-number"-image which is required to register an account. It may return either an URL or the image itself. It should be able to return error-messages if something goes wrong. * A new request is made to [url removed, login to view][xxxxx] And the account is registered. The above is an example of the process. I'm open to suggestions for improvements. Before bidding on this project you should at least have seen the pages on passport. Note that these pages seem to be built just to make these kind if scripts hard to develop. Edit: I've received a few bids, and at least one of them seems to have got it wrong. I'm sorry for being unclear. Note that the file [url removed, login to view] does Not exists. The example above is meant to illustrate how I want to be able to use your script. The coder has to write a script which connects to MSN Passports pages with sockets and register an account with help of the GET-parameters provided (stated above in the example).
