I have updated the project files and have all the place holder art required for the project.
This project will involve the creation of an action game. The game is similar to “feeding frenzy?? in gameplay. The player will control a fish with there objective to eat as many bubbles as possible to grow bigger.
The game will have 2 game modes. The first mode is a story mode in which players will complete levels in a linear fashion from level 1 to 60. And a action mode in which the player races against the falling energy bar to gain the highest score possible.
I will require a level editor as well for in house level construction and modification. The level editor will allow me to adjust the games setting so as I can balance the difficulty.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) A level editor that will allow a user with the editor to modify the levels for both the action game mode and story game mode.
5) The ability for the level editor to modify the game files then repackage the game into a self extracting installation package.
6) Full source code with comments.
7) A smooth 2D engine with acceptable playability on a system with Direct X7 or higher, 800 Mhz and 128 meg of ram.
8) Smooth movement animations for all objects.
9) Completed game according to the design document.
