Admin side for car booking site

Hi, We want to develop an admin site to manage an online car booking site. The site will require Paypal integration (if needed worldpay will also be needed). Only the design will be provided and you will have to develop and install the site . Please mention an estimated rate for the project and an expected time frame required to finish the project. Only serious bidders who provide an estimated rate and time frame and with previous experience in working on similar sites needs to bid as we will be having 2 - 3 projects of similar nature.
