Animated film and Animated Characters

This project has been reactivated. We are looking for animators first and then voiceovers maybe be considered but at this stage, we only want animation. Our firm is one of the top prepaid debit card provider. We would like to have some animated characters developed who reflect the values and the uses of our product. Once the characters have been approved, we would like to develop 3-4 short animated films/videos with the characters which we would want to then use on a number of social networking sites such as myspace, youtube, and others. So in essence, we need 1. Animated Characters developed representing - a teenage boy, - a teenage girl, - a university student - girl - a university student - boy - an adult person without a bank account, - an adult person with poor credit history, - an adult person who is a temporary worker, - an adult person who is an immigrant - a polish immigrant - an adult person who is an immigrant - an indian immigrant - an adult person who wants to shop online, - an adult person who is afraid to take risks, - an adult person who does not wish to fall into debt, - an adult person who just wants to have an electronic card (30% Project) 2. A name and Strapline text for each of these characters which will make these individual characters easily recognisable (10% Project) 3. Once we have the texts and straplines approved, we would need 5-6 short animated films developed. The stress would be on "Comedy" and "dry Humour" (60% Project) Bids need to be realistic - not ridiculous. If you aren't 100% confident in your ability to make the characters household names within the defined sectors, then dont bid! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
