Article Manager implentation

I need Article Manager software integrated into my site - This is a simple project -- I need software that I have already purchased and uploaded to my server to be implemented to my web site. I have a template for the software program Article Manager which can be found here - [interactive tools ][1] In order to implement Article Manager, you need a template which I already have done - see it here <[login to view URL]> - I'd like the double lined table to be single lined...obviously I'd have to edit the template for the fonts, colors, etc later on for exact look, but the layout is fine. ## Deliverables * What the coder will do: 1) read the documentation <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> 2) Integrate Article Manager into my site.
