We have a 4.5 acre lot. We would like to have someone draw a pre-limanary look of what this lot would look like subdivided into 34 lots at roughly 5,000 sqft.
We have had a survey done which the surveyor provided the .dwg files. Which we will allow the person bidding on this project to have in order to complete the assignment.
So basic assignment is to take our .DWG file that has the measurements and survey done on our lot. Then draw in 34 lots at (roughly) 5,000 sqft. There will need to be a road that will go down the middle of it. The road will be about 20ft wide by 1000feet.
I have a rough sketch of what it should look like.
This should be realatively easy for those that work on Auto-desk land desktop.
## Deliverables
Take the .DWG file that has the subject property.
Using our rough sketch as an example. Draw in the 34 lots at 5000 sqft, with a road at 20ft wide going down the middle.
17 lots on each side of the road, road should be directly down the middle of the lot.
Must be delivered in a 2 days.
thanks,
Kahea
