Autoresponder software system required

1st of all to create a system in which local business can create auto responders with or without a website. The client captures the name & email offline on a form which we make in word & they brand with their logo/slogan. After hours/ end of day the business owner receptionist enters name email (and other data if they choose) into our login are of our website. On special days, (such as slow days, Christmas, sales, half price, whatever) the client can choose a dropdown menu and select a pre written message. The client can choose to ad numbers, products or what ever into the messages & broadcast to the list. Inside the software is some training where they can learn how to get the most out of the system. ** **a) web based clients log into area. very nice corporate look.**** **b) clients enter data that goes into an auto responder** **c) client can choose frquency of message** **d) client can ad messages to autoresponder** **e) clients can choose marketing message (list of at lease thirty) fill in the blanks & broadcast message out** **f) clients can choose html or text emails** **g) clients can print out labels & create offline advertising from the collocted data.** **h) export to excell** **i) possible inclusion of SMS phone text message service??** **j) client can segement list propects/ clients/ best clients or leave general** **k) clients can grab code & place on their website (if they have one) they don't need a website to use the system.** L) admin area - upload more general marketing promotions M) Provide the source code Please feel free to provide any input/feedback to the system as you see fit ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP,Internet Explorer and Netscape......would prefer to have an online system if possible so that clients can just access online to use software. Also need to have hard version...ie on CD if possible
