Basic CRM in MS Access

I'm looking for a basic CRM. I like the look of SugarCRM but it has too many features and the cost is prohibitive. I would like to have, built in MS Access: -A form built online on our site (to capture our leads). -A small custom CRM (Incomming leads, linked to outlook, the contacts info and daily task. expandable from 5 users to more later. -A Script that allows a % of leads to be parsed out to the sales team. Example Salesman A get 40% of the leads Salesman B gets 18% C get 18% D get 18% and E gets 6%. The % should be able to be changed if needed. Also 5 other forms built online entered by login and password, that will populate a set of PDF's. The script and second set of forms can be built seperatly but I would like it all done at once. Thank You ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MS Access Windows server based
