Abstract: a php/mysql webservice that lets users place bids on certain positions for their link. These links are shown on a link directory webpage (5000 pages). A buyer can: - log in with an e-mailadres + password - view his links (name, url, anchortext) , current + history - view his bids, current + history - generate new link (name, url, anchortext) - place a bid for that link on a certain category (dropdown) - place a bid for that link on a certain webpage (dropdown) The publisher (super user) can: - login with his e-mailaddres + password - view al accounts, all links, all bids - add, delete, edit categories - add, delete, edit webpages The system must: - log all updates of buyer’s actions (user, timestamp, old, new) - calculate highest bids for categories and put them on top of the link lists - calculate highest bids for webpages and put them on top of the same list - have an ‘publish’ button on which all html-files will we published - build all html-files when the publish-button is pushed - there are at least 78 html-files (26 categories * 3 blocks) - if there are specific bids on a webpage 3 custom html-files will be built Example html-output: < div class=??sponsors?? > < h3 >Block title 54</ h3> < a id=??link125?? href=[login to view URL]>sample link

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
