I have started a online business that sells fitness products like gym weights, punching bags, rowing machines, home gyms etc. I need a simple website that will look similar to the attached image. The requirments are as follows: 1. 6 pages including HOME, PRODUCTS, FAQ, ABOUT US, CONTACT US. 2. HOME PAGE needs a very prominant image that says 10% off everything - This month only 2. The product page is to have different products that you click on, details about the product will show and a BUY IT NOW button. When the customer pressed BUY IT NOW, they proceed to fill out a form which will have NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE #, product, shipping cost, payment type, quantity, price, email address, etc. Once filled out a summary of details is sent to both thier email and mine. The summary will have my bank details included also. 3. Need images of people who are lifting weights, running, and preferably a picture of a fit good looking woman :) (Just like sample images) Thats it. I look forward to your responses. Cheers
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
