CMS Coding

A CMS system to be designed to replace www.avillainturkey.com. The new design has been developed and is currently in .psd format and therefore will need to be coded. The Cms will be used to drive more than one website based on the same design but containing seperate content. all users that register for one site will be able to use their login on any other site. And the CMS should be admisitered from a single location (multipul databases can be used, and is a prefared method) The only change to design for these websites will be a different base colour (ie, turkey is red, bulgaria will be green) [login to view URL] Thats the basic front page layout Colour is much better in photoshop i need the CMS to control this front page - Its block based as you can see.
