Cash Gaming Site

I'm working on making a Cash Gaming site, but need a code. Here are a few of the options: ** When people sign up (for free) and then have the option to pay $ £ or ?'? "x" amount to get started playing for cash. (They will have to pay in Paypal.) When they sign up and insert how much money they want to spend to try to win money they will be giving 'Site Credit' of 50% of what they entered for their money. Example: If they insert $10 to start playing for cash, they will recieve $5 'Site Credit'. They will have to use their money up first before they can play with the 'Site Credit' and they can not withdraw the 'Site Credit' Money. ** When they do play the games there should be a couple of options out there. $1.38 for a 2 player they payout for the winner will be $2.76. For a 5 player game, the entree fee will be $1.38 and the payout will be $5.96. ** There needs to be options where they can withdraw the money they inserted at the start and the money they won (If any). ** There also needs to be a link where they can see their Completed Games with how many points the other person they played receive and how many they received. There are a couple more, but those are the main ones. I just need a CODER. ***************************************************** Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Would like it to work in All Computer Systems and Most popular Browsers (IE, FireFox, Opera, Netscape, ect.)
