Citypixels clone, with some added functionality

We are looking for a coder that can replicate the functionality seen here. [login to view URL] (click on "visit pixel york"). We will provide all of the graphics. The community must be based in php and we would like to keep it html or a mix of AJAX and html Which ever works for the coder. The second part is that this must interface with Subdreamer and Vbulletin. For example the persons profile info would be fed from vbulletin. Also there is will be a subscription service (which vbulletin has built in) but it would require some extending to work with this virtual city we are building. Also the vbulleting profile section (code) would need extending to allow subscribed users the ability to customize their portfolio and add thumbnails and a galelery of sort ( like [login to view URL]). while the free user would only get a standard portfolio without extended features. Also the system would need to be able to be added to as the system gets saturated. We are also using subdreamer CMS as our cms. And this would be mainly used for for the homepage, about us and some static pages that are not associated with the pixel city per se. Also Subdreamer has the ability built in to utlize vbulletins database/permissions and login. So once you are logged into our CMS you are automatically logeged into the forum piece so the city piece should share the same login so you are logged into all 3. I will go into more detail with coders on a question by question basis as we are limited here. I will also be publishing an outline document soon. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
