Clinical Website with DB preferably using .NET

I need a Study Participant recruiter website for a clinical trials site built. The closest site that I have seen to what I want is http:///[login to view URL] The site would be a UK based site and must be easily updatable and very secure. The site would require a back end database preferably in MS Access as this would match a database that i am currently working on, although it must be easily upgraded to MS SQL. Another site that is also similar to what i want is [login to view URL] The finished product must be fully-functional, and most importantly work must be documented, with lots of comments for any coding work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
