I require a website that is a clone of this website, www.rentacoder.com.

I really couldn't give less of a rat's behind about the design, I'll take care of that later. My greatest concern is

coder+buyer signups

buyer setting bid requests

buyer financials

search coders

newest open work

browse all work

search all work

my bids

my coder financials

my general info

my payment options

edit my resume

view my resume

top coder rankings

the projects must be subdivided into categories as well.

RentACoder did a great job in developing their website, everything is easy to use, I need it that way. I dont want anything left out, everything must be set-up to work. The backend is the most important part.

Attention: It MUST be coded in PHP with a MySQL backend. You MUST have extensive knowledge of PHP and MySQL.

EVERYTHING must be delivered in the end, so no half-ass projects, I will only accept projects if they work to my specifications. Please let me know if you have any questions, thanks.

Again, I don't require a nice design for the website, but everything must be coded. Emails are sent out telling the user his bid request is being reviewed, email is sent out when buyer accepts a bid etc. Everything must be there.

Please provide a time estimate as well.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).

## Platform
