[url removed, login to view] is an online whiteboard that allows users to draw in real time with one another. In the beginning everything transfers over properly, but as time goes on the website hangs and there begins to be a lag time, and sometimes connectivity is lost altogether. To test the problem, log into the site and click on create a personal board. Then invite another user to join you. My old coder describes how he set up the server: "Actually I had used few thread (very short life threads) to execute code to complete call from JavaScript (from browser to Java applet), the reason is too practical, with experience and reading I found if JavaScript call are locked i.e using it directly from the JavaScript (single thread browser model) get hangs up when the the call is not released immediately in Firefox browser. So I had written the code such that the JavaScript call from browser will be completed as quick as possible by starting a new thread. The Thread will complete the call as soon as it get the control back and quit the thread as soon it complete the job. I can say more such meaning for each and every line of code I had done." I would need someone to go into the code and see why the site is lagging. It would need to be fixed on all browsers - IE, Firefox, and Safari - and data on board should transfer instantaneously even after 30 min, etc. Thanks, Jordan
