Continuous various programming jobs (mostly php)

Im looking for a steady coder which could work on hour projects. Projects can be fuly new applications / modules for our cms system. Our coder would need a wide knowledge of php and related issues, knows dhtml and javascript, but has also a network of people to be able to hire extra people for bigger projects. The coder must be available during officehours (european) , people from rumania are preferred. We are looking to hire someone for min. 20 hours a week, for min. 6 months (but when quaity is prooved longer / more) ## Deliverables Fullcource applications, running on our deveopment server, documented in the code, support on bugs ## Platform Linux with mysql
