Convert Bamboo Script to Jmail

I've received notice from our web host provider that "Effective, October 15th, 2004 we will no longer be supporting Bamboo ActiveX component." Unfortunately, this is what three of my forms are using, so I'm looking for someone who is able to convert the Bamboo portion to Jmail (which is what the provider recommends). Also, there's a fourth mail form, in Jmail, that may/may not need a few alternations to comply with the provider's new requirements. Below I've included a sample of what the Bamboo portion is comprised of at the present time. (The major portion of these mail forms are done in VBscript, which I believe is still okay.) I've also included a portion of the provider's instructions on this subject. I don't believe that much needs to be changed, but since this is something I'm not familiar with, I'm not sure which small part needs changing. Anyway, here's a portion of the current script and the provider's instructions. Thank you.

Also web applications that relay mail directly through "[url removed, login to view]"

or "###.###.##.##" will not be able to send out emails and the

referencing pages will display an error. Effective, Friday, October 15th

required to use "[url removed, login to view]" as their SMTP host.
