Convert MPG to FLV with ffmpeg

I have an MPG file of 449 MB. i need you to: 1. Download it 2. Convert it to FLV format using ffmpeg so that it will work with FLV Player: [login to view URL] 3. Upload the FLV file to my FTP server with an HTML webpage and FLV Player so we can see that it works 4. Send me the exact ffmpeg command so that I can do it next time myself. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
