Convert PHPBB data to RForum

Project involves converting all data from a PHPBB2 installation (including threads and users) to Rforum CVS version ([login to view URL]). Additionally, I would like a new stylesheet which has alternating colors for the threads and conversations, similar to PHPBB. The particular colors really don't matter at this point, I can go in and change them later. All data must be kept intact and the dates on everything must remain the same. Ideally, you would write me a ruby script which would connect to both the PHPBB database and the RForum database, and move the data into the correct locations. You will probably have to install both of these on your own platform for testing, I can provide you with sample data to convert. If you think you can bang this out quickly and cheaply, but you don't have a platform to install it on, I can probably provide you with one. If you'd like to use perl or php to do the conversion, you are welcome to do so. Please specify your preference in your bid. Bids which specify Ruby will get preference though. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
