Convert templates.

Hi all. I have a search engine that has a bunch of html templates (41). I got a new copy and they changed some tags and changed things a bit. What i need is to make the all the new ones (61) look like what I have now. The old ones I just made a header and footer for my template then deleted the 'junk' and imported my header and footer to each file. Not sure if this will work. I'll attach one of the old ones and one of the new ones so you can see. I'd prefer to get this done this weekend if at all possible. The fisrt time I did it, it took me an evening. ITs not that hard once you get in to it. I just hate html these days. Heh. Recap: I want all the new (61) templates to have the look of the old ones, with the functionality (tags) of the new ones.
