Create Wordpress Theme from a PSD

I have all the graphics in a psd including logo and background graphics. I need to create a website with wordpress. I do not care if your creation is from scratch or just modifying an existing theme. The requirements will be 2 original pages one for the home page and one for the interior pages. I have all the text and images and obviously the graphics to create the site, so after the 2 pages are created I want to turn this into a fully functional website which will have a Home page a blog and 5 interior pages. i.e. Home, about us, contact us, service 1, service 2, service 3, blog. After you place your bid I will send you a copy of the psd as well as 2 existing websites that I like the existing layout of. Once again, I do not care if the theme is custom from scratch or just customizing an existing theme. It doesn't matter as long as you come up with the look and feel that I'm looking for. Note: I want the whole site to sit on Wordpress so the pages can all be modified through the admin panel so no static html pages.
