Creative Design for New Site

Creative look and feel of new website required. Could be designed in Photoshop for subsequent implementation in ASP.Net (separate project). Possibly very simple Flash incorporated or animated GIF but minor ??" site will be written in ASP.Net. Three visual designs to be created for the project of which one will be chosen, modified and developed into the final design. If further visual designs are required prior to deciding on final version, price to be agreed at the time. Design optimised for 1024 x 768 display on PC with standard toolbars in operation. Good use to be made of white space. Colours to be used will be those of the new logo throughout the site with black text (predominantly) and white background. Appearance to be business-like. modern, fresh but not gimmicky. In particular, the site must be practical and easy to use. Most of the competition are full of text and / or heavy colours and are hard to understand. This site must stand out for its clarity and simplicity. **Previous Experience** Bidders must provide the following in their responses: URLs for operational Web samples of previous work **Schedule **See attached schedule ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Photoshop.
