_PURPOSE OF THIS DEVELOPMENT _We stream audio and video on the Internet. Most of our customers are commercial radio stations. We have a web and streaming media reporting system (FunnelWeb) that reads usage logs from Windows Media Server and creates usage reports. The GROUP MANAGER will allow us to create usage and billing reports based on groups of stations in addition to individual stations. It will also allow station managers to access a customer control panel giving them access to an array of management and monitoring tools for groups of stations. _ Major Deliverable ??" two aspx pages, read/write SQL Server 2000 DB, read/write text files on server: _ a) provide a web interface to enable the creation of a group of stations in the database b) provide a web interface to edit a group of stations b) create the FunnelWeb configuration file for a station group (.fwp files) d) edit the FunnelWeb scheduling files that schedule the report processing _Database Overview _The Customer database relates customers as follows: * A Billing Entity (a corporate name, for example) ??" has a unique Billing Account Number * One or more Locations (in St. Louis, Miami, etc.) ??" has a unique Location Number * Each location can have one or more Stations ??" has a unique Call Letter _Example_: Century (the company name) has four locations * Trenton (has stations WJSO, WKXW) * Ocean (has stations WCHR, WJLK) * Northfield (has stations WPUR, WENJ, WFPG) * Bayville (has stations WOBM-AM, WOBM-FM) _See sample web pages_: <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
