Preferably using the Skype API, we need a automatic Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system built. This system will receive real time information from our e-commerce site (by RSS, POST.. whatever you think is best) and will confirm an order by phone. Once an order is transacted on our site, we would like the system to automatically call the customer and ask a question, for which they can answer yes (by pressing 1) or no (by pressing 2). The answer string will be relayed back to our system. If there is no answer, or any other error, the system needs to capture that as well and recall for several times (a variable that can be defined by us).
