Custom CMS and Auto Profile PHP Driven App

What our company needs is the following We need a robust and user friendly custom CMS that is PHP and MySQL driven. In this CMS we will need to have controls for every aspect of the site including Site page titles and Copyright information. Also we will need the CMS to contain member management tools as well as a front end that will encompass Member Registration and Automatic Profile genration upon successful payment. More on this will be made avalible upon project acceptance We will want a comprehensive installer for this script as well so that it may be easily moved from one site to another. The installer should prompt for DB info and upon entering of DB info create all tables and intial data. A Table Prefix specification in the installer is a must. We will need a custom PayPal IPN script that will automaticaly update a members payment status upon completion of payment. This App should have a Module based system that will allow us to get custom feature modules for future feature made by you and then installed without you having to touch the main site code. We will expect you do fix all codeing issues for a agreed upon per incedent fee that will be disclosed before project start. We want only quality coder those serious about makeing a very user friendly but feature packed CMS. Also a coder that would be willing to do tech support regarding this CMS for a fee. Other benefits will include possible a free copy of the finished product for use on your own site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4)All code must be sent in one of the following archive formats zip, rar, gzip ## Platform Our environment is very simple we need the script written in PHP 4.3 and MySQL 4.3 not PHP 5 or MySQL 5 The script should work with Register_globals function in PHP set to off. Webserver Environment is Linux with Apache 2 If needed Java script may be used in the for of stand alone Java script files or embeded into a PHP file.
