Dance Studio registration database and site needed

I am building a Dance studio site that I can use to maintain all students information and registrations tied into paypal or credit card payments. the project is as follows. I want to be able to go to a portal and put in my dance schedule in a block grid format. Monday Tuesday wednesday and so on. when the student comes back to register for the fall season I want them to be able to either click new student or already a student. if they click new student, they will then go into the registration. they will put in their information including name address age likes dislikes birthday and so on. they can then view the schedule and check off the classes they want. they will be taken to pay through paypal or credit card. once they register they will then get a schedule sent to them. the system will automatically bill the customer in the intervals they select. monthly or whatever. I also need a site that is professional to the dance studio industry. I want newsletters, auto responders, members area. I most also want a photo area where they can purchase photos taken at competitions. each photo can be purchased for 1 dollar by paypal. remember this is for a dance studio. it must be pretty and professional. links needed is home, schedule, register, photos, contact, store and chat. I also want to add a chat board on this too. there are chat board software programs out there for sale so if you have not created one in the past, i can just buy it. this is a project for someone that can understand the registration process and understands databasing. should be very easy for someone who knows what they are doing. you can call me on my cell at 9784239789.
