What we want is a database where all stock items can be entered into. The information on stock items to be held is:
-Model Number
-Manufactuor
-Description
-Quantity
-Warehouse (Which warehouse the stock is located in)
We then want to be able to select a model to put onto a delivery sheet. Then for that delivery we can input the delivery address of that product and place it onto a delivery run. (several runs each day) which is printable and saved to bring back up at a later date.
Delivery sheets should list the deliveries (which can be ordered easily) the addresses, the items (can be multiple items, including items which may not be in the stock system for some reason), contact telephone numbers as well as a notes section for each delivery.
When all of the deliver shets have been generated for a day, a report should be viewable which lists all of the items which have been removed from each warehouse and for which run.
When an item is added to the delivery sheet this will automatically deduct the quantity of the product, and if the wrong product is added by mistake it can be removed and readded to the stock list.
A flag should be displayed and a report of all of the stock items which are either out of stock or low on stock should be available.
Stock items can be searched for, and when searched for it will list all of the locations that product has been sent and on which date and from which warehouse the item has been sent from.
Delivery addresses can also be searched for and find exactly what items they have recieved, when they recieved them and what warehouse they come from.
A report of the full stock list should be available (and printable).
Additional stock items can be added with ease, and edited when additional stock is aquired.
The program should have a friendly easy to use interface with appropriate validation routeens.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program in executable form meeting all of the description.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition.
3) A complete test report, and user guide.
