Database to run on laptop, not online.

I sell Pharmaceuticals online and need a way to keep track of everything, it should look something like this. I sell vials and syringes and many other products, not just tablets. Product name and a pic. My cost. Quantity ordered, 1000 tablets for $80.00 How many I order, say, 1 order = 3000 tablets X $80 per 1,000= $$$ / pending or received. How product is packaged, 1000 tablets at 100 tablets per package would be 10 packages. etc... Retail price. Sold product will be deducted from stock and show what is in stock and be able to set a number with a warning it's time to reorder at what limit I want to set for reorder. I hope you understand what I am needing and have no clue what new programs are out there to write this in. I am thinking MS Access but if there is something better, let me know. I also need to see a demo of something similar to what I have tried to describe here.
