Design an E-Book cover I've written on Money Making

Specifications: Full Color, Size is 8 1/2 by 11. Need the cover to be in jpeg format as it will either go in Word or PageMaker. Please provide 1-3 options based on cost. Can be either drawing, illustration or photos. Here is what we are looking for: â?'?¢ Edit for spelling and grammar â?'?¢ Paginate/re-paginate â?'?¢ Create Table of Contents â?'?¢ Dress up the entire e-book/report to be more visually appealing â?'?¢ Format the type, set-up, etc. to be highly readable online and off â?'?¢ Create good title page â?'?¢ Put a little color into the ebooks (subtle) â?'?¢ Overall, make them professional but dressier â?'?¢ Add clipart photos where applicable (not too big) Graphic design for E-Books to include print type and size. This final product will be both electronic format and print. Take care of copyright issues. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
