DirectX ScreenCapture

Coder is required to add a function to the project at <[login to view URL]> which screencaptures whatever is visible in the 'view frame' at the time of 'capture'. Function should have definition CBitmap* CaptureView(); // returns a pointer to a 'new' bitmap created and should be added to the view class. example code for using directX to capture the view is available at [login to view URL], however this captures entire screen, and in our case we wish to only capture the visible view in the SDI frame. Note that we are using DirectX8, unmanaged MFC code. Code must be modified in a version of the visual studio suite not to exceed VS 2003. Please explain code in english documentation. The captured CBitmap should be displayed in a small modeless window after a menu option 'capture' is pressed. If the MainFrame is resized, and capture is pressed more times, each time a new modeless window should open with the new resized captured image. Code should work on w2000 or better OS with DirectX 8 or better installed. Capture should work whether the Mainframe window is fully on or partly offscreen. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform **Platform: MFC, unmanaged VC++ code XP, DirectX8 compatible Visual Studio prior to or equal to 2003 to be used - e.g. 2005 visual studio projects will not be accepted.**
