BB Pro Webhost Safelist Expert needed

We need someone who is already familiar with installation and features of this script

The problem we are facing in this script is with some hosting permissions as it works on some hostings and don't work on others , here is the error that it shows on the hostings where it doesn't works

Here is the error that occurs

If anyone knows why this error occurs , what permissions are lacking and how to solve it then kindly make a bid . While making a bid just let us know clearly have u ever worked on this bb pro safelist hosting script or not ?

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
