asp.net reports and site modifications

I have a site that was developed in asp.net and is hosted on godaddy.com. My invoice and purchase order is generted by my site in an rtf format. It looks really bad. I need these reports to loook very professional and be in a pdf format or even an excel format. I also need a tool within my admin section that will update, delete, my database as I frequently have an excel sheet that needs to be uploaded to database. At times I may even need to clear the database and upload a new one. This is what I need done - my hosting company is on a shared server that does not allow anything to be added to the server. If any one has a solution please let me know asap. I have included the samples of what i need my purhcase order and invoices to look like - they need to look exactly like this fonts and spacing.
