This project involves creating an Xcode 3 project from a Windows C++ (Microsoft Visual Studio - I think) project. ? The program is a command line project so there is no UI involved and the C++ code is believed to be platform independent. Deliverables are the compiled program and the Xcode project and any modified source code. About the program: The program reads the name of the source image (8 or 16 bit tiff or 8 bit jpeg), the name of the output image, and some arguments, processes the image then writes it. Dependencies include the jpeg, tiff, zlib libraries and boost (including GIL. boost v 1.38.0). I compiled mac versions of libjepg.a, libtiff.a and lbiz.a (these libraries are a part of the Xcode project folder) and installed boost in /usr/local/boost_1_38_0 but just can't get it working.? I can supply the original Windows project and my attempt at an Xcode project.? The Xcode project type is C++ Tool.? This project consists of making a working Xcode 3.x project. The mac osx program shall at a minimum run on Intel Macs. The xcode project should have relative file paths to the tiff, jpeg and zlib libraries and locate boost at /usr/local/ so I don't have to repoint them in order to compile on my Mac. If not, detailed instructions on how to compile on a Mac other than your Mac is needed. Source code is availabe on request and should be looked at before placing a bid. It isn't anything super secret but I want to know who requests copies instead of posting it for the world to see. So drop me a line and I reply with the soruce code. I estimate the project will take no more than an afternoon or morning (i.e. less than 4 hours and probably much less for an experienced Mac programmer). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Mac os x, xcode 2.4
