corp. website with small updateable product catalogue(repost)

This project involves conceptualisation / design and coding of a website for our company which wants to use the site to favourably influence the visitor to place an order. The site will be primarily visited by buyers from buying houses and garment importers. The website should be jazzy and attractive. It should also be search engine friendly. The criterion is the impact made and results generated. The work involved would be both design and programmming work. We would want cool graphics using photoshop & falsh ; as well as , dynamic template based pages using php and mysql. The dynamic page templates are for the purpose of updation at the owner's end. This would include product pages. product pics, price, description, style no. etc. This would also include other pages in which option shuld be open to change text and heading/ sub-headings. and pics. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working website that includes webpages and graphics as well as complete source code of all work done including the flash or asp/php/cgi/java/jsp/html etc. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php and mysql based using flash and photoshop.
