create authority site for reverse mortgages

I would like to have an information/authority portal site created for reverse mortgages. Want info from the following pages incorporated into the site, and would like to have a page that will accept RSS Feeds regarding reverse mortgages. Sites from which to draw information (please provide references for the info obtained). Also, pull info from the links that are listed on these sites. The left side should allow for a standard size skyscraper ad, and the right side should allow for Google Adwords.
