debugging ASP and Html forms

Hello,
I have some errors on my 'California auto insurance' request form as well as my 'Life insurance' quote form on my [[login to view URL]][1] site. These are both ASP forms.
The errors occur for the auto quote form when entering in multible drivers, cars or adding tickets/accidents. I would like all my forms, auto, motorcycle, home, health, life, contact form and career opportunity form looked at and checked for errors when filling out and submitting the different forms.
I think the only 2 forms that have any errors are the auto and life. The motorcycle might have the same problems as the auto.
I need them all checked and debugged for errors.
The forms are mostly Asp and maybe one html.
My site cannot be down. I need someone to copy and download the site. Do testing and debug errors. Save to a disk and upload to my server the fixes. I will need the disk mailed to me.
I need to make a decision and get this done ASAP.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
