C# expert, import utility and reports

I have had an coder buddy of mine on RAC who was assigned a project by me. Unfortunately, he has something urgent that came up and may not be able to complete the project on time. Below is what the project is and what I need: (all source will be provided) - Need to complete all ASAP/ ** Once this project is completed I will have another project as an extension** ****************************** *** YOU CAN ALSO CONTACT MY PREVIOUS CODER (IN THE BEGINNING) IF ANY QUESTIONS AND HE WILL HELP YOU ** 1) The project is to import some ascii files into a sql database. He has written a utility to import files of 3 different formats. The utility works just fine but needs some more testing to ensure it is working fine. 2) Once the data goes into a database you need to design 6-7 reports. I have sample reports running already and you need to replicate/copy that mostly. There will be some more minor things required like, totals of columns, sort order or colum heading. 3) There are also some chart (.NET add on charts) that are run with those reports. You need to make sure that the charts show the right data. So far in my sample all charts are in pie shape. I may switch a couple to line charts. 4)There should also be the ability to upload an entire folder (files containing ASCII) via ftp to the website. There is a process button which will then do the process of import. 5) There will also be a couple of dril down chart reports but they are going to be pretty simple. Timeline to complete : 2 days MAX. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform .Net
