We are looking for a developer that is able to deliver a full bug free adult tube based member interactive site within a period of 4-6 months and possibly a beta that can be pushed out for testing within 3 months. Code needs to be written in PHP and will run on an Apache server. Web page must support IE and Mozilla render engines. The web page must have full diagnostic and traceability support on the back end. Can utilize CMS code as a base such as Joomla. The website will feature and mixed environment of video and pictures of various quality and formats. All content has to be individually cataloged and have an independent rating system that connects to the administrators back end and also links to the user that submits the content, similar to metacafe, as well it will utilize a similar feature of metacafe's "producer rewards" (see [login to view URL]). We also must have full control over the content that is submitted by the users because everything must be approved before going live. Users will have to register in order to submit content and also users will need to register in order to have full access to the site. A good example of a membership policy is fux.com. Website must have the ability to control advertising space and the code should be seo friendly so that the crawlers are able to scan the site.
