Automated Website Builder with Wizard Needed

My company builds websites across the country and has churches seeking an a solution to easily build websites. We have the idea but need a programmer to bring it to life. I have attached the file in two different locations because, for some reason, it seems every time I post a file on rac it ends up corrupted. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU BID, that all designs, designs for wizard, designs for templates, designs for admin area will be supplied by designer in any file type you want. We just need programmer to make it work. We are also interested in offering them flash headers to choose for their website and would be willing to know if you can make those interactive using something like xml as well. For instance they could change the church name or tagline text in the flash header by entering it into the field of the admin area. Features needed: -Events Calendar -Ability for administrator to have mulitple users with ability to limit them to editing only certain pages -interactive prayer page (easy, members can sign up and then once approved by administrator, add people to page to pray for) -Ideas or thoughts on how to allwo them to stream or webcast services -way to archive and distribute podcasts -Photo album FUTURE WORK INVOLVED AS WE WANT THE COMPANY OR PERSON TO MAINTAIN IT IN THE FUTURE AS WE ADD CLIENTS
