Add a low latency interface (e.g. ASIO) to an audio software programmed in C++ URGENT

Our custom made software written with C++ steers audio signals using the mixer in Windows. It records and plays back voice real-time. It works with a hardware: microphone, headphones and amplifier / external audio station. The problem is that the delay in audio processing (input/output) is too high. The job consists in making it work low latency (up to around 10 milliseconds, the less, the better). Most probably the ASIO interface (Steinberg`s script) should be integrated into the software, but each solution that will work is good. The system is Windows XP.

It is urgent, so when you know you may do it, please contact me as fast as possible, with your price and time you need (around one week is acceptable). To make the contact fast, you may leave your Skype ID, I will contact you to discuss details.
