Additional function and custom design based on existing Wordpress Theme

Hi freelancers, ** IMPORTANT. Only apply this if you can deliver based on my expectations or greater according to budget ** I currently have a base Wordpress theme for my website. The theme comes with advanced function but I need additional and customized function to be added into my website. Also I need a unique and fun design, relevant to the website. Better search function Currently the search function does not allow users to search multiple custom fields at once. I need a more advanced search function so users can specify their search. I want the search function to be customized so users will be able to make specific searches through custom fields: - Input keyword field (Already in the theme) - Select country from a dropdown field (Not in the theme) - Then select their states after selection of the country (Not in the theme) - Category field. Dropdown of all event categories. (Not in the theme) - Select the date. Dropdown calender. (Already in theme) - I need the search bar to be in the header of every single page. The search bar has to be a 'sticky header' so it stays there even when users scroll down. *** I have attached a sample search box image for an idea of what it is supposed to be. That is just a sample and of course you will design and place it nicer according to your expertise. 2. Unique Website Design I want my wordpress design to be unique and not too similar as the basic template which was installed. The slider is not necessary. I want a fun and engaging interface and look for my wordpress design mockup. - Overall unique design, structure and layount of the website. - A real time stats counter for the amount of event database in our website. (The number changes even without users refreshing the page) - A login function similar to www.freelancer.com. When a user clicks login, a drop popup will appear and also user will be able to login via Facebook. That is it. Just a few additional functions to my basic wordpress website and some unique design into it. Not a very difficult task for you experts.
