Bicycle Reseller Website MOCK UP

We have a Customer with a Bicycle reseller company.. The customer needs a complete redesign of the company website ! The first step in this project will be a MOCK UP from you and we will show this MOCK UP to our customer.. When the MOCK UP is approved ( maybe with some changes along the way ) we need the website to be maked !! The existing website can be found on this link : <[login to view URL]> The new website shall NOT be a WEBSHOP !! but a complete company presentation website with all the nessesary information, links, news, adresse, phone ect.. We also need an administration part so our customer will be able to manged the site with ease and with no prior knowledge on how to manged a website.. Our customer shall be able to make and remove news and other information with ease !! We also need a product information area where our customer can show todays offer, this week offer ect.. with product information and pictures.. Pictures that our customer upload to the site shall be auto sized when they are uploaded !! There will be description and pictures of the shop, showroom, workshop ect. We will provide the coder with Danish translation.. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Windows Vista, IE 6 and 7
