I need two php template pages for a website. One for [login to view URL] and one for all others. I purchased a template that is in html and want it used as a design base. The template is [login to view URL] and it is attached to this message.
The home page will look like [login to view URL] I want the header and footer to use php includes so that I make changes at one location. Something similar to [login to view URL] All other pages will have an editable main content and a editable right side.
The scope of work will be:
1- Create two php template pages
2- Create the header and footer include pages
3- Code it per HTML5 and CSS3. (Only use common tags recognized by most browsers)
4- Test with IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari to make sure that it will work.(Use of html 5 shiv, etc)
5- Clean the java scripts in the template and only use the one for the menu. The menu looks very "rigid". Is there a different one we can use? Please sow a sample.
6- The image of the nurse on the main page will remain.
7- Create a CSS for a table, a few different text styles, etc.
8- Can the pages be created in such a way that they can also be used on mobile phones. I think it is called Responsive design.
The goal is to fix the content and migrate [login to view URL] to a new look. All pages in the current site are in html and the new one will be in php. I think the only way to redirect the old pages to the new is thru htaccess correct?
The reason I want it in php is because html does not allow the use of includes and I do not want to go to all pages to make a change to the header or footer. If I am mistaken and we can leave the new site as html please let me know.
