Build a Template Integrated into HotelsCombined PrivateBranding

I need a professional and clean HTML template to integrate HotelsCombined Affliate Private Branding. You have copy and paste the templates header and footer in the privatebranding section. [[login to view URL]] - I will show you my website so you get a better idea aswell. So you will create a template homepage, contact page and about page. The header and footer will be inergraded to hotelscombined private brand. Everything needs to work and run smoothly and look very professional. You will have to edit till perfection. I will release 60% of the funds when the template is done and working. 40% when edits are done!
