Add automatic redirect to an existing webpage using a schedule that you will create

Hi, I am running a very simple website on a local server. This server works on an intranet so FTP details are not available and I will need to test and provide feedback (and screen shots). The website is run by 3 main components: an [login to view URL] page, [login to view URL] file and [login to view URL] page. With these 3 pages, I can redirect to any number of pages. I have described their functions below. 1) [login to view URL] -this page searches for an included [login to view URL] ($myFile="[login to view URL]") file to determine which page to redirect itself to. I have a number of redirect pages. 2) [login to view URL] is acting as a mini db to tell [login to view URL] which redirect page to go to. The data stored on the txt file is a number from 1 to 9 or a URL which is determined by the manual selection made on the [login to view URL] page. 3) [login to view URL] - this page is where I manually select and apply the redirect page or URL information that the [login to view URL] will go to. I would like to make it where I don't have to make these setting manually using day (Mon, Tues., etc.) and time. I have attached the [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] files discussed above; please look them over so you get an idea of how this works. I am also including a [login to view URL] page that I designed that you may use (or not use) for this project. I have placed some "Notes to programmers" on the [login to view URL] page and [login to view URL] pages to help you understand a bit more. HERE IS WHAT I"M LOOKING FOR: I have to manually select and apply the settings on the [login to view URL] page to display the correct page for the group. If I am not in that day, I have to give someone my login details to make the changes which I am not comfortable in doing. Here is what I would like done: 1) Use my sample [login to view URL] page or create one that checks the day of the week (Mon, Tues, etc) and server time which will be discussed more in #3. I already have a day of the week implemented on the [login to view URL] page using cal_to_jd. 2) Based on the day, the [login to view URL] page will either go to ScheduleA (MWF) or or ScheduleB (TTh). 3) The [login to view URL] will check the server time and day every 5 minutes (is 24-hour format best for this? If so, I am fine with that) and go to the appropriate redirect page by applying the settings to the [login to view URL] file so that [login to view URL] will redirect the browsers to the correct page automatically based on this time/day and the correct schedule. 4) I want the option to be able to keep manual change the redirect on [login to view URL] OR use the automatic schedule. The automatic schedule should be the default. 5) Add some connections to the [login to view URL] page including server time/date and "Go to Schedule page" button. 6) The [login to view URL] page should have fields that can be edited and submitted as I have shown in my example. The schedules change from time to time. 7) I am not using a db other than a [login to view URL] file so if it is possible to add the [login to view URL] info to [login to view URL] or create another similar file, that may be helpful. 8) Since I am running this on an Intranet, I will have to test the files locally on my machine to see that they are working and give feed back. I will do screen captures to assist. The included sample [login to view URL] page may make it easier for you. You can use it to save time; I have added unique names to each field.
